When should you start bringing your child to the dentist?

Your child should have their first dentist visit no later than their first birthday, or within six months of developing their first tooth. It is especially important that they come in for their first visit by twelve months of age if your child has not yet developed any teeth.

Establishing a good relationship with a dentist early in life can prevent dental problems, detect any issues early on, and establish good oral hygiene habits that are carried into adulthood.
